We’re running Walking Football sessions 3 TIMES PER WEEK on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Our Nottingham Forest Walking Football programme offers a range of physical health benefits to players as well as providing them with a great opportunity to make new friends and meet new people through being active. re-discover your skills, learn new ones and simply have fun at our sessions that are held weekly on a Monday 6pm at Carlton Le Willows Soccer Academy and Wednesdays/Fridays at 11am at The Forest Sports Zone.
This slow-paced version of the beautiful game is a great way for over 50’s to get active, make friends and improve their physical and mental wellbeing. There are opportunities to play competitively in organised tournaments or simply just socialise and have fun reconnecting with the game.
